ASYNCHRONOUS COACHING

This is a maximum flexibility option in which we engage in any of my one-on-one coaching offerings by exchanging videos, voice notes, and/or emails whenever you want and need. In addition to the flexibility and timeliness benefits, asynchronous coaching often yields more rapid growth and successful coaching outcomes due to the sustained support and accountability while you are in the midst of implementing changes. This is also a preferred option for clients who like to have more time to process and reflect.

Investment: Asynchronous coaching is available at a subscription rate starting at $180/month

  • You are in a significantly different time zone than me (EST)

  • You prefer to share your thoughts via writing / video / voice messages

  • You prefer to have more time to think before you respond


LIFE COACHING

My one-on-one coaching for individuals and leaders is about making the most of your potential. No matter the situation or challenge, I am here to help you maximize your strengths and resources to advance your goals.

Investment: Coaching engagements are typically 4-6 months and start at $250/month

Coaching Plan

After a successful chemistry call, I will provide you with a coaching plan that addresses how we can progress the goals you have in mind while accounting for the logistical realities you share with me. Typical coaching engagements are usually 4-6 months, bi-weekly or monthly meetings depending on your goals.

Coaching

You can expect our coaching engagements to uncover powerful insights that you will be applying between our sessions and generate optional follow-on exploration that will further your growth. We can leverage several psychometrically-sound assessments to accelerate your learning and self-awareness.
