The following assessments are part of the select few that are most heavily leveraged for being psychometrically sound, situationally relevant, and providing actionable insights. As a certified practitioner of these assessments, I have undertaken rigorous training to be able to administer and debrief these assessments. This expertise paired with my coaching approach and organizational psychology background yields powerful advances towards your most important goals.

Emotional Intelligence (EI) is a set of emotional and social skills that influence the way we perceive and express ourselves, develop and maintain social relationships, cope with challenges, and use emotional information in an effective and meaningful way. The Wiley DiSC assessment provides insight into your preferences and tendencies, helps you learn more about relating to others, and delivers actionable strategies to help you improve your interactions, and ultimately your performance. DiSC is highly recommended for simplifying your understanding of your own communication styles/preferences, how it is experienced by others, and also to learn how to read and relate to others’ communication styles more effectively.
The Hogan Assessments are designed to predict workplace performance by providing insight into three big questions: 1) What do people want? 2) How will they get what they want? And, 3) What will get in their way? Hogan’s comprehensive approach to personality assessments provides the depth and detail needed to identify and develop high potential individuals and leaders. Hogan assessments are relied upon by many fortune 500 companies to inform their hiring and succession planning efforts and are even more advantageous for smaller organizations that want to ensure they are getting the highest return on investment in their workforce.
